Exploring Recovery is a dual-diagnosis engagement group  for adults that helps to consider benefits from reducing or eliminating use of alcohol or other substances. This group  provides education about alcohol and other drugs, as well as effects substances have on mental health and life in general. Presented in a non-confrontational, supportive environment, Exploring Recovery is designed to help you make your own decisions about substance use and reinforce your journey towards recovery.
