Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services
For over 70 years, The Nord Center has been part of the recovery process for people with mental illness. In 2005, The Nord Center began to offer services to people with addictions to drugs and/or alcohol.
From initial assessment through discharge to aftercare, The Nord Center’s SUD services focus every effort on providing clients the greatest opportunity, widest assortment of tools and support for long-term recovery.
Our programs and services are utilize a variety of evidence-based best practices in the field of substance abuse treatment.
All Nord Center SUD services are outpatient. They include:
• Individual counseling
• Group counseling
The Nord Center also has extensive experience serving individuals who are experiencing both substance use disorder and mental illness. These innovative therapeutic programs provide integrated approaches and recovery-driven services.
