To schedule/change an appointment

Please call our scheduling department at 440-204-4224.

Nord Center Medline

For Clients:  for medication concerns such as reports of side effects or refill requests, call 440-204-4220

For Pharmacies: to leave messages requesting refills, diagnosis codes, clarification of orders, verbal requests for prior authorizations, etc., call 440-204-4220

A nurse checks the Medline daily. Staff will respond within 48-72 hours. We ask that only one request be made during that timeframe.

Walk-in Nurse Clinic

You can use the Walk-in Nurse Clinic from 9:00AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday at our 6140 S Broadway location.

You can visit the Walk-in Nurse Clinic for:
• Learning about your medicines.
• Reporting any problems you have because of your medicines.
• Getting shots if you need them.
• Learning how to stay healthy in general.
• Checking and changing your treatment plan.
• Getting checked by a nurse.
• Asking any questions you have for the nurses.
The clinic is here to help you with all these things, so don’t hesitate to come in if you need it! Just walk in and tell the receptionist you are here for the Walk-in Nurse Clinic.
