The Nord Center is are aware that as vaccination rates increase COVID-19 continues to decline. However, as a healthcare organization, we continue to diligently implement the necessary measures to be able to safely provide behavioral health, sexual assault and emergency crisis services critical to our clients and our community.

These measures include:

• continued access to telehealth services;
• temperature screening and the CDC questionnaire for people entering our facilities;
• continuing use of face masks and social distancing on our premises; continued emphasis on hand washing;
• and a continued sanitizing routine.

The Nord Center is working to ensure that we can continue to provide excellent care for you now and in the future. Our 24/7 crisis hotline remains fully operational at 800-888-6161.

The Nord Center’s 6140 South Broadway location is open for services. Over the next several months we will be increasing the number of clients being seen in person at the facility. The Nord Center Pharmacy is also open though where possible we will mail out your medication rather than have you pick it up in person.

Please continue to monitor your own health. To stay healthy in general, washing your hands and keeping them clean is one of the most important things you can do.
