Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are not just a benefit anymore; they are a necessity. The mission of The Nord Center EAP is to promote a healthy work environment and to retain valuable employees. It is our belief that by encouraging individuals to recognize personal problems and seek direction, these problems can be managed or resolved successfully.

How do I make an appointment?
Call 440-204-4390 or 1-800-222-8019 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Who is eligible for services?
Eligible clients for EAP services are all full-time employees, spouses and dependent family members or those residing in the same household of contracted companies.
How long will it take to get my first appointment?
Requests for appointments will be responded to during the same business day and appointments will be offered within 3 business days. Day and evening appointments are available. If there is an urgent need, the client will be seen within 24 hours, sooner for emergency situations.
